On Dec. 15, DWT – with guest presenters from Grayling – gave the latest in a series of webinars on developments in Open Internet law.

The webinar, which was hosted by Danielle Frappier, included presentations from John Seiver and Dan Reing on oral arguments in the judicial challenge to the Open Internet Order, Christin McMeley on privacy-related developments, and Maria Browne on a change to the FCC’s telecom pole attachment rate formula.  From Grayling, Kim Bayliss and Steve Perry provided an update on developments in Congress and gave  predictions for future legislation in the upcoming election year.
